The Bureau is Manchester Museum's new space for Citizens Action. As part of our Bittersweet After Hours event, Greg Dwyer will be in conversation to discuss sustainability in ‘food’. In the spectacular surrounds of the Museum's Bureau, Greg will start conversations on topics such as food manufacture, waste, sharing, impact and the future. Drop in for a chat between 7-8pm to get involved!
