The University of Manchester Research Institute (UMRI) will be launching the latest round of pump-priming awards in January 2025. The call aims to encourage collaboration and provide support for activities that will lead to an increase in successful interdisciplinary research.
Awards of up to £50K available, you’ll have one year to explore new ideas and forge exciting collaborations that push the boundaries of interdisciplinarity.
Eligibility: Projects should be led by an applicant who is eligible to apply for external research funding. The inclusion of early career researchers in the project team are encouraged.
