Tippett’s Child of Our Time
Manchester University Chorus performs Tippett’s inspirational and spiritual Child of Our Time, with Manchester University Symphony Orchestra. Stemming from the political turmoil of the 1930s, the work captures many moods and styles.
The orchestra are playing Sibelius’ 7th and final symphony.
