Due to the current Coronavirus situation our face to face CPD session has been converted into online webinar.
Evaluation allows us to document the impact of a programme or project and demonstrate the relationship between an action and the reaction. Through this we can learn from and replicate positive elements and also avoid reproducing any negative elements. One form of evaluation that particularly suits ongoing projects and programmes is Rapid Cycle Evaluation (RCE). The RCE approach helps to highlight positives and tease out negatives in order to optimise results as a project/programme moves forward.
This workshop on RCE will work through some of the methodologies utilised in RCE such as the Plan, Do, Study, Act cycle. We will also explore how to provide on-going feedback for interventions, and demonstrate how it can produce high quality and cost effective evaluation results.
