About the event:
Are you a Phase 1 medical student? If so, we would like to invite you to attend an Introduction to Mindfulness session on February 19th at 5.15pm in the CSLC. This will provide you with an understanding about what mindfulness teaches and how it might inform your practice. No sign up necessary, arrive early to avoid disappointment. Attendees will be offered the option to take part in a research study following this session
Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally. This increases awareness, clarity and acceptance of our present-moment reality.
