This is a course on the FBMH Academic Development Programme, welcome to all colleagues within the Faculty.
Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs)
- Recognise the importance of enhancing student understanding of ‘professionalism’.
- Explain how the FBMH ‘Professionalism’ Guidance and UPP could be utilised to promote student understanding of concepts/issues within your setting.
- Identify and discuss common issues/problems related to student professionalism in your area.
- Explain how the values of professionalism underpin and support Concern Review Panel (CRP) / Fitness to Practise (FtP) processes.
- Propose additional content for the University Professionalism Partnership website.
- Create a personal plan of action to enhance student understanding of professional requirements within your programme.
