This conference aims to explore anti-racist ideas and practices in the domain of cultural production in order to investigate how cultural producers approach questions of race and racism in Latin American and Caribbean contexts.
The keynote talk for the conference will be given by Henry Stobart (Royal Holloway) and other confirmed speakers include Jo Crow (Bristol), Charlotte Gleghorn (Edinburgh), Fiorella Montero-Diaz (Keele), Nick Morgan (Newcastle), Patricia Oliart (Newcastle), Charles Pigott (Cambridge), Fabienne Viala (Warwick), and Emily Zobel Marshall (Leeds Beckett) speakers TBC
