Come down for an eclectic evening of music! Student compositions performed by the New Future Music
Society Club Band and rounding off the evening with Big band classics! Student compositions include
Flynn McHardy ‘But isn’t midnight intermittent’, Isabelle Norwood ‘A meadow in august’ and
Leo charlton ‘Whack-a-mole’.
You can also catch the University of Manchester Nigerian Gospel Singing Ensemble from 6pm who are performing on
the Martin Harris Centre balcony. The Manchester University Nigerian Gospel Singing Ensemble is part of the ensemble
performance course the department offers. They have been rehearsing all year with Nigerian gospel singing expert, Evanthia Patsiaoura.
